RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds are available only if the product meets the return eligibility criteria.
Delivery charges are strictly non-refundable.
From the original suit amount, a 10% deduction will be applied:4% COD Tax – mandatory government tax charged on all Cash on Delivery orders.6% Administrative & Processing Fee – to cover restocking and handling costs.
Refunds will be initiated within 14 working days after Areesha's receives and inspects the returned product.
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
Return & Exchange Procedure
Take clear pictures of the product (and the defect, if applicable).
Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
Call or Email us at +92306-204-8216 with your order details and pictures.
Our team will review your request and provide the return address.
Send the parcel back through your local courier.
Once we receive and inspect the parcel, we will process your exchange or refund within the mentioned timeline.
